Because Only Together We Can

Cultivate Community, Celebrate Heritage and Create Opportunities

Who We Are

CentroVilla25

Situated in the heart of the Clark-Fulton neighborhood in Cleveland, CentroVilla25 is envisioned to be a vibrant hub that celebrates the rich Latino heritage while fostering substantial economic growth. This initiative is more than just a development project; it is a beacon of hope, a testament to the resilience and vibrant culture of the Latino community, and a catalyst for change in a neighborhood that holds a special place in the history and fabric of Cleveland.

Our vision for CentroVilla25 is grand yet grounded, with plans to transform a 32,500 square foot warehouse into a bustling nucleus of economic and cultural activity. From affordable micro-retail spaces that nurture Hispanic entrepreneurs to a commercial kitchen that promotes culinary arts and healthy living, every facet of CentroVilla25 is designed with the community in mind. It is a space where dreams are nurtured, where culture is celebrated, and where the next generation of leaders will emerge.

What We Do

Empowering Minority-Owned Businesses

At CentroVilla25, we invest in the future of minority-owned businesses, particularly those in the Hispanic community. By providing affordable micro-retail spaces and a nurturing environment for entrepreneurs, we contribute to the $700 billion economic impact of Latino-owned businesses in the United States.

Revitalizing the Clark-Fulton Neighborhood

Our transformative initiative breathes new life into the Clark-Fulton neighborhood, creating a vibrant Latino cultural district that celebrates rich heritage while catalyzing economic growth.

With a focus on preserving the neighborhood’s character and preventing gentrification, we ensure that the benefits of development are shared by all.

Driving Economic Growth and Job Creation

CentroVilla25 is an engine for economic growth and job creation. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including a commercial kitchen, specialty grocer, and business innovation center, are projected to generate over 190 new jobs and an estimated $15 million in annual tax revenue, stimulating regional economic development.

Fostering Hispanic-Themed Tourism

As a beacon of Latino culture, CentroVilla25 attracts visitors from far and wide. Our outdoor plaza and community space for arts & culture programming serve as a magnet for Hispanic-themed tourism, boosting the local economy and revitalizing the neighborhood.

Building Wealth in the Latino Community

We recognize the immense economic potential of the Latino population, with an estimated purchasing power of $2.3 trillion by 2022. By providing opportunities for Latino and small business owners to build wealth, we tap into this significant economic driver and contribute to a more inclusive and prosperous future.
